However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in line with UK consumer standards and guidance often referenced by organizations such as the NHS and Citizens Advice.

Because customer trust matters to us, we keep our policy transparent and simple to follow.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable wellness products unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return

  2. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  4. Ship the item back using a tracked delivery service

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 3–7 working days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

  • If an item is faulty, we cover return postage costs

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange this where stock is available. In many cases, exchanges are faster than refunds because we ship the replacement as soon as the return is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
